Anua Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam Review

Anua Heartleaf BHA Cleanser

Hello everyone! To those who don’t know me yet or are reading my blog for the first time, welcome! I’m Nourell, a mom and a housewife, and I’m here to share a little bit of everything that might interest you. I am truly so happy to have you here in my cozy corner. Today, I want to talk about this viral foaming cleanser from the Korean brand, Anua. Please keep in mind that everything you read in this post is based solely on my personal experience. I’ve previously shared my thoughts on the Anua Niacinamide Serum, so if you're interested, you can read that article as well right here on the blog.

My Skin Type and Seasonal Changes

To give you some context, I should explain my skin type. My skin is oily during the summer, but it shifts to combination skin during the winter. Because of this, I am very careful about changing my skincare products according to the seasons. For example, a moisturizer that provides enough hydration in the summer often feels insufficient in the winter. It is essential to adapt our routines based on what our skin needs at different times of the year, and the same rule applies to cleansers.

Is Anua Cleanser Good for Oily Skin?

Now, the big question: Is it good for oily skin? Based on my journey, I can confidently say it is truly excellent. I’ve enjoyed using it so much that it has officially earned a spot on my favorites list. Let me tell you exactly why in detail.

Anua Heartleaf Ingredients

The magic starts with its formula. Thanks to the inclusion of BHA (Salicylic Acid), this cleanser does more than just clean the surface of your skin. It actually penetrates deep into the pores to dissolve accumulated oils and dirt. This means fewer blackheads and much cleaner pores over time. I also found it very effective at removing any leftover sunscreen residue, which is a huge plus for me.

Soothing Power with Heartleaf

Even though it contains Salicylic Acid, it remarkably acts as a skin soothener. This is due to the "magic" ingredient: Heartleaf extract. This component is well-known for its incredible ability to calm redness and inflammation. So, if your skin is feeling irritated or you're dealing with red spots/acne, this cleanser will definitely act as a "sedative" for your face. It provides that deep clean without the harshness.

A Smooth, Filter-Free Texture

Unlike those harsh, physical scrubs that can be too aggressive, this cleanser exfoliates dead skin cells very gently while you wash. The result is a noticeably smooth skin texture. You get the benefits of exfoliation without needing those rough scrubs that can sometimes damage the skin barrier.

Smart Oil Balance

Another thing I noticed is how it helps balance oils. It controls shine and excess sebum production throughout the day in a very "smart" way. Even though it pulls out the extra oil, it leaves the skin feeling genuinely hydrated. This was the highlight for me,it cleanses deeply but never leaves my face feeling dry or "tight."

Final Thoughts

My final observation is that I rarely saw new breakouts while using this. I’m not entirely sure of the scientific reason, but I believe it has protective and anti-bacterial properties that prevent new pimples from forming. This is a fantastic feature for anyone prone to acne.

Honestly, I should stop praising it so much before the brand decides to raise the price! I have finished the entire tube now, and I will definitely be ordering another one. I am a loyal fan now.

Where to Buy

Many of you might ask about a trusted place to buy these products. I personally recommend the website Ohmybeloved. They have fast delivery, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other sites I've seen. Just a quick note: this is not a sponsored post. I will never write a review for any product unless I have tried it myself, and I will always be 100% honest with my evaluations.

I love seeing your beautiful comments! Have you tried this product or anything else from Anua? Please share your experiences with me too. Sending you lots of "Sparkle Doses" from my warm corner, somewhere in this big world.

With love, Nourell
