Summer Vibes: The Ultimate Healthy Grilled Feast!


With the start of summer, grilled meals become a favorite here. Whether it's grilled fish, meat, or chicken, along with grilled vegetables, it’s always the best choice for a healthy and delicious meal. Today, I’m sharing our recipe for Grilled Kofta Fingers with a very simple and tasty seasoning, alongside Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with a different special blend.
●​For the Kofta:
​I prefer to avoid too many spices to keep the authentic flavor of the meat. You will need:
​•Finely chopped onion
​•Parsley
•​A little cumin, salt, and a little black pepper
​•Olive oil
Method: Shape them into thick fingers.


●​For the Chicken Drumsticks:
​I prepare a different seasoning and make small cuts in the chicken to ensure it cooks well and the flavor goes deep inside:
•​One clove of minced garlic
​•Finely chopped parsley
​•Salt, paprika, turmeric, ginger, 
and black pepper
•​Olive oil
Pro Tip: It is best to marinate it the night before grilling or at least for several hours.
​The Vegetables:
​For the onions and tomatoes, season them with olive oil and a little salt.
​Try this recipe as summer begins and the hot days arrive. The atmosphere is wonderful for a barbecue with the family.
